Conditions of let

1. Bookings. A deposit of £40 per room per night is required as confirmation of booking. Once processed,any changes to dates/apartments will each incur a £5 administration charge.
2. Balance. Your balance is payable on departure. The office is open from 9am – 5pm. If for any reason an outstanding balance remains after your departure we will automatically debited your credit / debit card.
3. Cancellation. 75% of the deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation more than one month prior to the date of arrival. No money can be refunded if cancellation is less than 4 weeks from the date of arrival. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival vistors will be liable for the full balance owing. Any refunds of credit/debit cards will incur a £5 administration charge. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
4. Pets. Please, note, pets are not permitted in the bed & breakfast accommodation.
5. Period of Let. All lets commence at 12 noon and end at 10 am except when agreed in writing
