Fife Cottages

Enjoy the privacy of your own country cottage all on one level, distinctively furnished and in peaceful country surroundings.

Originally traditional Fife cottages, Mid, East and West Cottages share a peaceful view over fertile farmland with south facing patios to the front and small traditional gardens to the rear. Ideal for dog owners, you can explore farm tracks or woodland walks to the renowned gardens of Cambo House and on to the sea.

Conveniently situated on the bus route to St Andrews and round the coast you have an ideal base for exploring the Fife Coastal Path, visiting the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk, visiting children at university in St Andrews or just relaxing.

We have three self catering cottages, The Mid Cottage, East Cottage and West Cottage

Both cottages have the same facilities and with the combination of underfloor heating and coal fires provide a cosy retreat even in the depths of winter. The dining kitchens are well equipped and open out onto the small gardens at the back.

The East Cottage

The East Cottage has just been renovated and it has two bedrooms, one double and a twin room with two single beds. The kitchen is very well equipped and the view from the sink, across the fields, eases the chore of washing up! The bathroom has a bath and shower.

The West Cottage

The West Cottage is the newest addition to our cosy country cottages. It also has two twin bedrooms that can be made into doubles and following the modern trend of a spacious open plan kitchen/living room! The large bathroom has both bath and separate shower.

The Mid Cottage

As the name implies, this cottage is in the middle of the row of three! The Mid Cottage has recently been renovated. A new floor plan will be available soon. There is now a King size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a bath and shower in the bathroom. A cosy retreat whatever the time of year! The cottage also benefits from a new south facing patio.
